CHULO was brought to life by its visionary founder, Sulav Lohani. Raised amidst the rich culinary traditions of the Himalayas, Sulav developed a deep appreciation for authentic flavors and the joy of sharing good food.
With over a decade of experience in the food industry, working as both head chef and manager, Sulav refined his craft and set out to create something uniquely his own.
